When Craig was 24 years old, he made a conscious decision to find a way to Live Younger Longer without incurring aches and pains. Craig is committed to a physical fitness program that includes working out 3 times a week along with playing golf and tennis regularly. He is a believer in the importance of good nutritional habits that include getting Anti-Oxidants, minerals, vitamins and herbs in his diet as well as maintaining a positive mental attitude.
